  Get a free account with Twilio.

  Twilio.com is a website where you can get US and international telephone numbers. These numbers can be pointed anywhere. You're gonna point your Twilio number at this website so you can program it to do stuff.

  Get your Twilio Phone number

  Twilio will give you a free phone number, or you can buy one for a DOLLAR. Click on the "Numbers" tab to see your free number, or to purchase a local or toll-free (800, 877, etc) number.

  (This is the hard part, so PAY ATTENTION!) Click your Phone Number, and change the Voice and Messaging URLs to "http://twilite.us".

  Now you are ready to create inbound, outbound, and text-messaging telephone applications!

Start with a phone number. By default, a little app like the one shown will answer your phone number until you create your own program.

Twilite programs can do anything that integrated platforms such as Twilio can do, but in a simple, linear programming style that will not cause blood to shoot out of your eyes. If you've ever written a program in 1980's BASIC, OR if you are at least 8 years old, you can create massive, powerful Twilio applications using Twilite.

Twilite Commands and Functions

Twilite is not case sensative. Twilite doesn't have lots of curly braces and semi-colons. It isn't something you'd see scrawled on a whiteboard in the background of an episode of Big Bang Theory.

Cloud service platorms such as Twilio suggest that you use a language like Php to create your apps. FACEBOOK is written in Php. Communications systems do like five basic things, one thing at a time, and in a very simple order. Twilite makes it that simple.
